At Aliness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
